SimpleShare provides a platform for sharing media files (photos and videos) between iPhone and Android devices. The basic service allows for sharing up to 10 photos per month for free, with an optional subscription plan for increased usage.

As a user of SimpleShare, you agree:

• To use SimpleShare only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not to upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• To keep your account credentials secure and not share your account with others.
• To be responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

SimpleShare offers a free tier, which includes sharing up to 10 photos per month. To access additional features (such as sharing up to 10,000 photos), users must subscribe to a paid plan for $9.99/year.

Subscriptions are billed annually, and users can cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the current subscription period.

5. End-to-End Encryption

SimpleShare uses end-to-end encryption to secure your files during transfer. However, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and ensuring that your account is not accessed by unauthorized individuals.

6. Limitation of Liability

SimpleShare provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages resulting from the use of SimpleShare.

7. Changes to the Terms

SimpleShare may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by sending a notice via email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of SimpleShare after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
